Terms of Use

This site is operated by YouGotSung, a Brazilian company registered under tax ID 43.285.506/0001-05, hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "we".

We provide on-demand composition and production of personalized songs based on information supplied by the customer ("Client"). The final product is delivered digitally (MP3) via email and/or WhatsApp.

By completing payment and submitting your story, the Client declares having read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Standard: within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
• Seasonal peaks: up to 48 business hours.
• Delays caused by our technical failure entitle the Client to a proportional refund.

Each order includes 1 free revision round (lyrics, tone, rhythm). Additional revisions may be charged per the price list in force at the time of the request.

Because this is a personalized digital product produced on demand exclusively for the Client, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started. Before that, cancellation is free and the refund is full.

If the Client remains unsatisfied after the free revision round, we guarantee a 100% refund within 7 calendar days upon written request to our support team.

Economic rights over the work are assigned to the Client for personal, non-commercial use (gifts, celebrations, personal social media). The Company retains moral rights over the work.

Commercial use (jingles, ads, product soundtracks, monetized streaming platforms) requires an extended license. Contact support.

The Client is solely responsible for the information and stories submitted, ensuring they:

• do not infringe third-party rights;
• do not contain unlawful, discriminatory, offensive or hateful content;
• include authorization from any people mentioned.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate these principles, with a full refund.

Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). The Company does not store full credit-card data.

The Company is not liable for occasional unavailability of third-party services (email providers, WhatsApp, payment gateways) that are outside its control.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the update date.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Consumer disputes will be resolved in the Client's domicile jurisdiction.
